  52.      This  usefully little application can unset bit 22 of the  icon's 
  53.      flags to make it unselectable.  Once made unselectable,  the icon 
  54.      cannot be made usuable again until it is loaded up, etc.

  56.      This  may be useful to stop people fiddling with an icon  if  the 
  57.      computer is being used by inexperienced people,  where the  icons 
  58.      would only get in the way.
